Zell Miller III is the Inaugural Poet Laureate of Austin, Texas, and an inductee of the Austin Arts Hall of Fame. A dynamic force in the arts, he is celebrated for his powerful fusion of poetry, theater, and music that amplifies social consciousness and cultural pride. His fist book of poetry will be due out this winter, titled “Austin’s Indigenous Off-spring”. He will be collaborating with Fork Lift Dance Company Fall of 2025, and his one man show “Chronicles of an Indigenous Off-spring” will be produced at Zach Theater in February 2026.
