Shannon Perri holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Texas State University and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas. Her fiction, essays, reviews, and interviews have appeared in The Millions, Texas Highways, Texas Observer, Sycamore Review, Joyland Magazine, The Rumpus, and elsewhere. She lives in South Austin with her husband and two children is currently at work on a collection of short stories.
