Michelle Diggs is a Senior Director in Public Affairs at 3M. She is responsible for the external impact of our volunteering and philanthropic efforts. Her team delivers employee, business, and community impact through energizing, best-in-class volunteer programs that help lift communities. Michelle has a rich history of public service and community advocacy. She served as a Civil Rights Commissioner for the State of Texas, focusing on fair housing and employment. She is also a Texas Book Festival board member. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, fishing, and hiking. She is married to Tony and has two sons.
