Erin is a native Austinite who has been writing about food for a decade. She was associate editor of Eater Austin for six years and has bylines in Food & Wine, Texas Monthly, and The Barbed Wire, as well as a full-time job in tech. She is a proud Rice owl and spent time in San Diego and Milan before moving back to Austin, where she now lives with her bossy toddler and fluffy cat.
