Diamond Braxton is a queer, mixed-race Black and Mexican American writer, publisher, and educator based in Texas. They have received fellowships from Tin House, Lambda Literary, and Hedgebrook, and their work appears in Sundress Publication’s Best of the Net Anthology, Best Microfiction, Foglifter, The Forge, and the forthcoming I Love Us: Queer on the Borderlands Anthology (Flowersong Press, 2026). They have held apprenticeships with Feminist Press and Sourcebooks, and they are the Founder and Director of Abode Press, a 501(c)3 press based in the American South dedicated to uplifting underrepresented voices.
