Archana grew up in India in the culturally rich and diverse city Hyderabad. She moved several times for education, work and family, living in up to eight different states over the years since moving to America in the year 2000. She works in very logical environs within the tech world by day and hence loves to engage her creative side when she can with books, poetry, music and spending time with her family and friends. She is fascinated by different cultures, cuisines, and languages, and she loves engaging in meaningful conversations that enlighten and foster kinship. She is drawn to all forms of literature, poetry and writings ranging from Urdu compositions, works by Sufi romantics, Shakespearean/Elizabethan era novelists, 19th and 20th century essayists and humorists from Oscar Wilde to Wodehouse to R.K Narayan, and also enjoys a good dose of fantasy fiction and sci-fi.
