Rae Giana Rashad writes southern speculative fiction, with her work featured on Literary Hub. Her debut novel, The Blueprint, blends literary fiction with speculative and historical elements, exploring themes of power, race, gender, and resilience.

Rae holds an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition to her writing, she is passionate about engaging in important conversations about societal issues, particularly those affecting marginalized communities. She lives in the Dallas area with her family, where she continues to write and inspire through her thought-provoking stories.
