She has appeared in or on Bon Appétit, Buzzfeed Tasty, Delish, Eater, Food52, Food Network, Kitchn, New York Times Cooking, Saveur, SELF, Spirits Network, Spruce Eats, Tastemade, and other food media as well as ABC10, Inside Hook, The List TV, MSG Network, NY1, Today, and Washington Post. She has written for Condé Nast Traveler, Food & Wine, Robb Report, Thrillist, VinePair, Wine Enthusiast, Zagat, and other publications and has collaborated with HelloFresh, KitchenAid, Tillamook, Walmart, and other brands. Born in Panama of Cuban, Panamanian, and Peruvian descent, she belongs to the International Association of Culinary Professionals, National Association of Hispanic Journalists, and the Newswomen’s Press Club of New York. She lives in New York City.
