Mark your calendars. The Texas Book Festival returns November 8–9, 2025! We can’t wait to welcome attendees back to downtown Austin for the 30th anniversary Festival Weekend full of exciting literary programming for all ages, book signings, cooking demonstrations, a Saturday night Lit Crawl, and so much more. We look forward to once again connecting thousands of readers with their favorite authors.

The event remains free and open to the public. The Festival is held in downtown Austin, in and around the Texas Capitol, and in nearby off-site venues. Book submissions will open in January 2025 with the author lineup being unveiled in the early fall.
