After launching his own successful catering business, he transitioned to serving as the private chef for John Paul and Eloise DeJoria, where he continued to refine his skills while catering to a distinguished clientele. His cookbook, Salt and Vanilla, encapsulates his passion for cooking and storytelling, featuring vibrant photographs and a variety of recipes that celebrate his culinary journey.
