The annual black-tie cocktail reception and dinner celebrates books and reading, raising vital funding to support the annual Festival and our outreach programs, including Reading Rock Stars, Real Reads, and Texas Library Grants. The 2026 speaker lineup includes two-time Newbery Medal award winner Kate DiCamillo, two-time Pulitzer Prize for fiction winner Colson Whitehead, and award-winning investigative journalist Patrick Radden Keefe.
