On Wednesday, March 12 from 10–11:30 a.m., Texas Book Festival and Austin Parks Foundation will welcome author/illustrator Don Tate to Rosewood Neighborhood Park – Lampkin Pavilion.
Families with young children are invited to join us for an engaging reading of Roto and Roy: Helicopter Heroes, of which Tate is the illustrator. Tate will lead an interactive drawing session, with Austin Parks Foundation giving away free copies of Tate’s book at the event.
Playdates in the Park is a free community event series hosted by Austin Parks Foundation designed to activate families with young children. Enjoy story time, make crafts, and MOVE AND GROOVE with Creative Action. See you there!
