Douglas Brinkley

Douglas Brinkley is the Katherine Tsanoff Brown Chair in Humanities and Professor of History at Rice University, a contributing editor at Vanity Fair, and the New York Historical Society’s Presidential Historian. His most recent books are American Moonshot, The Great Deluge, Cronkite, The Quiet World, The Wilderness Warrior, and Rightful Heritage. Six of his books have been selected as New York Times Notable Books of the Year. He lives in Texas with his wife and three children.
