Ebony Reed is a seasoned journalist who has led coverage and operations at the Plain Dealer in Cleveland, the Detroit News, the Associated Press, Boston Business Journal, and the Wall Street Journal. She is the chief strategy officer at the Marshall Project, a news outlet focused on the justice system, and she teaches at the Yale School of Management. She is the co-author of Fifteen Cents on the Dollar: How Americans Made the Black-White Wealth Gap.
