Pulitzer Prize and PEN/Faulkner Award-winning author Michael Cunningham’s latest release, Day: A Novel, explores a family crumbling and piecing themselves back together through the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning in a cozy brownstone in Brooklyn in April 2019, Cunningham paints a tender and poignant picture of a couple drifting apart, a brother abandoned, a son tasting independence, and a daughter terrified. Join Cunningham in conversation about relationships, loss, and what it means to be human in the wake of the pandemic.
